· Trustees operate under the Trustee Act 1925 where applicable.
· All decisions are recorded formally and published where required.
· The Charity operates under a Scheme dated 29th April 1921. Trustees are currently engaged in a governance modernisation programme, including preparation of a Replacement Scheme for submission to the Charity Commission and beyond that progress to becoming a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
